Hiya Can anyone suggest things to try with my Evoca Festival please. Intermittently I will get to site and some shelves will show “OFF” where the price would be, and they won’t rotate when you press the button. If I reset the machine it clears the fault, but it can sometimes be days before I see it ...

Not that I’ve found so far, but then the menu system is not exactly user friendly on these things.

Does anyone know how to drain the espresso/group tank on a Neo please? The shower head is just draining the instant tank.

Interesting to hear, I’ve also now started to increase to 95p/£1 depending on the site.

Just being nosey really.

With stock prices increasing have you had to pass on the cost in increasing your vend prices? I’m wondering how far away we are from the £1 can!

I’ve got into the habit of carrying around some blocks of wood now for raising them up to get a pallet truck under. Quite like them as machines for high capacity drinks, just wish you could modify easily to take red bull cans.
