Not sure an author was the best idea. As far as i know copywriters are the best for writing up websites and brochures etc. I think it's a nice site to be honest.

Have any of you guys heard about this? could be a good thing if it makes it over here don't you think?

As i see it there are a few issues. 1 is the legislation. Trying to understand it and then apply it to the industry seems a bit of a mine field. My understanding of it is that you can't sell TOBACCO from an automated machine. E-cigs don't contain Tobacco as far as i am aware. It's just liquid nicoti...

Yes you should be ok as far as i know. The law states you can't sell tobacco through a vending machine, however there is no tobacco in an E-cig as far as i am aware.
May want to check with trading standards though and take a look at the ingredients on the E-cig.
