My take on all of this is that the ball must have the shrink wrap showing the importer and any warnings such as the not for under 3 years device. That is a great idea! You can buy a machine that vends both made specifically for a laudrette. Have seen them come up on ebay occasionally. Alternatively how about putting some wash tablets/powder in a pot and the change from a pound in or on the pot with a notice explaining? This way you can vend a...
