A heat gun is very usefull on the segments or i suppose a hiar dryer whold do the same job. Heat the segment and the lable will peel off easly. Careful though if the sement gets too hot it will be damaged with loads of tiny cracks in them. After this i use a product called strip wax which is a solve...

12 years ago whilst i was setting up my company i met up with the Bitesize Vending company in Bournmouth or Hastings? cant quite remember. The bloke i met had a beard and he was selling a bulk sweets franchise.

I have a few chinese sweet towers with broken barrels. the original tubz vending machines not the snack a can ribbed machines. I have swapped the knackered barrels for the new plastic barrels

Plastic barrels
Hi Folks. i have just brought my first few plastic barrels for my sweet towers. I have changed a couple over but im not happy with there performace. If i turn the coin mech quickly often the tub of sweets doesn't drop. Also happens with capsules with the adaptation in.

if it is a flat key would ram a substantial flat screwdriver into the lock and twist, No need to drill the lock i have found.

Free vends are normally caused by the elbow thinkiymajig on the right side or the mech as you look at it from behind dislodging. This means the mech can turn backwards.
