Fraud Alert!

Post by PabloV8 »

Dear all,

Have been reading with interest the dealings you have had with Joe the Penguin, I had prescribed to his services before the posts and I am now out of pocket by couple of hundred :roll:

Yes, I know I should not be so trusting but hey ho! :whistle:

still Joe the Penguin surprise surprise:

Does not:
return calls
emails
or texts.

So, be warned IMO Joe is a fraudster and will gladly accept your money free gratias. Of course should he contact me and suggest otherwise I will humbly apologise and indeed sing his praises however after more than a week I doubt this will happen!

In the meantime, since I paid into his business account and have all the details, my bank is investing this case using their fraud arm of the bank!

Will I get my cash back? Might do through my business account deal/services but it is not essential.

What is essential is that he is investigated and dealt with accordingly.

IF you have encountered problems with Penguins that seem to be hibernating, speak to your bank and they will investigate via their respective fraud division - he needs to be stopped.

Cheers,

Pablo :wave:

Me too. I will initiate proceedings at the bank. Considering action through the Small Claims Court as per posting on another thread. How dare he. This is not how normal people behave.
