Customer Database Advice

I'd like to use my phone or a small tablet to keep records of each customers sales etc.

Any suggestions?

I've heard vendorbase mentioned but will it work out and about on a phone.

Venderbase is no longer available.

I have a Merchandising Call Sheet which we used to supply to our Franchisees. It's a manual entry system but you could merge your database onto the sheet and update as you go around.
