Kenco Kbar Incup Coffee machines

Any tips about these machines, are they current, what would you pay for a working one, operational problems. Many thanks.

I had one years ago had a kenxi engineer come out update all firmware etc even he said they were a nightmare. Avoid like thevplagye lol
