Looked into that Jonny and the market is in the toilet at the minute so I would have to sit on it too long. Am in the process of getting quotes for rebuild.

There's a government compensation scheme that covers victim of criminal damage. I'm not sure whether you'd be eligible or how you go about claiming. I had a client who's commercial premises were burnt down and the police said arson. He didn't need to rebuild as he was intending to redevelop but I believe he fought with them for 4 or 5 year and eventually got a few quid out of it. There was some issue over being able to prove whether 3 or more people were involved. Worth checking though.

Yes I've been on to that as well and yes you have to prove that there were 3 or more people involved as then it comes under the remit of a riot believe it or not. That or it has to be burnt by the paramilitaries . Those are the two main compensation schemes from the NIO.
There was a big case in Belfast where over 20 business's burnt out in one fire and the fire had been set in tthree or four places and the NIO STILL said that it didn't prove that more than 3 people set it so it's pretty hard to prove. I have another question for you but i'll send it in a PM .
