Re: test
Hi Matt,
Have you thought about expanding using operators nationwide on a franchise or other agreement. You clearly have a lot of companies that cover the whole country.
Cheers,
Paul

Hi Matt,
I think if you have contracts with national businesses and they are willing to go nationwide with your company, then it seems natural to licence operators to us the contacts you have made. Please keep me informed on you plans.
Regards,
Paul

Re: test
Nice idea but sadly national contracts are only as strong as the weakest operator in the arrangement. Invest in nice shiny brand new equipment, service sites for several months......one operator provides shabby service....all the cards come tumbling down.....shiny equipment moved to dirty garages. Then a lot of **** flinging happens where the decent operators seek damages from the one incompetent operator.....
Sad but true.....

Re: test
Yeh, Gavs right but a group of vending operators more like a franchise where you have your own area etc to cover. there are a few already with the big vendors that work and its what I would like to try and set up (for snack cold & hot drinks etc) national name, national website, national advertising and group buying power which would make a massive difference to pricing and negotiating.

Re: test
Could well work, interestingly group buying on a smaller scale is on my agenda. Discapa had some decent products that would work well here.
