hi. Does anyone operate any Klix machines. I have one which is saying "drum Gray is not powered"?? what does that mean? Can anyone help!!!!!!!!!!?

CAROUSEL GRAY CODE NOT POWERED
An unexpected error on a K365 as there is no way
to detect this error on a 16-stack carousel. The KVC
thinks that it is running in a K900.
Thats the booklet explanation!!, dont do much on these but i would do a factory reset and see what happens. I think the drum gray is related to the drum positioning so maybe check sensors also.
If you are buying klix stock then they do have a technical department but its been a year since i contacted them. Definately worth a phone call to klix and justing asking for technical support.
