To be honest Pete, this year we bought out three different guys too which amounted to over 100 extra machines/sites. The condition of said machines was not up to our standards hence we made the decision to take all machines in on a rolling basis so that we could, completely strip machines, wash all segments in the dishwasher, replace cracked rings or anything else that required replacing and of course put in new coin mechs. We have several hundred already so it has taken sometime, however, we will be finally done this week!
Have put a bottle of bubbly in fridge to celebrate that milestone.
Another problem has been the logistics, all sites are not exactly on our doorstep.

Cheers
Pablo

Confessions Pablo!

Came across one of mine not upgraded. Didn't have any spares so will have to go back and do it.
