I recently caught a member of staff stealing, nicked about £1200 from me. Reported to police but they couldn't find him I posted a mugshot on Facebook saying wanted and within a couple of days someone had tipped off police.
He got nicked went court and I got a compensation order for 1200.
Does work out ok sometimes I suppose
