I have a new machine going on sale in the next week or 2.
It is an internet/gaming terminal suitable for pubs/cafes/hotel rooms etc.
Measuring 30x35cm it is designed for small spaces.
The innovative feature on this is it is cashless.Payment is made via mobile.Enter your number into the machine and you receive a premium rate text message with a pin which allows a certain amount of surf/gametime.Your income is generated via the text message which I have set at 50p,£1.00 or £1.50 .The machines have built in 3g and you are emailed each time the machine is used so income can be monitored.
Any opinions welcome.
Thanks
Phil

First thing that popped into my head was what's going to stop me entering other peoples mobile numbers for a laugh (or being vindictive)?flandersbontempi wrote:I have a new machine going on sale in the next week or 2.

I know I wouldn't get the codes to play, but they would be charged for the text.

You are only charged once the pin has been entered into the machine.

Hi Phil,
What kind of prices would you be looking for the machine??
Also have you tried any of these out in venues yet? for feedback purposes?

That's either a neat compact machine or you've got some giant ladybirds around!
