Gacha coin mech

Can anyone offer any assistance on a tiny Gacha coin mech, it won't turn.

I have removed it from the machine, which to be fair was really easy. When I put the pound in the mech turns no further than it would without a pound in. Just wondering how easy they are to take a part before I attempt it or if there is a simple thing to look for.
