Klix 900 problem

Hi does anyone have any knowledge how to fix a Klix 900 that is delivering short measures. The machine is set to long vend but the cup is only filled about halfway when vended. Any help would be appricated

Is there not a cup level adjustment in the program menu?

I am well and truely stuck as i cannot find any manual or tech support on line for klix 900, there are options on the menu to set cup vends to short medium and long but as i have found out they are all set to long. No error code is showing up. i have only recently bought the machine after it had been in storage for 2 years so i knew i was taking a risk but the venue for it will have a small profit turn over so didn't want to spend the money on a more modern one.

Everything else is working well on the damn thing just not enough water dispensed

Is there a brewer flush facility? if so would activate it a few times to try and clear solenoid valves.

Sorted it, brought another in the meantime for the customer. Stripped the broken one down, someone replaced the value with the wrong one .
