Slots not recognised on vending machine screen

Hi Everyone,
I have posted a couple times on this forum and have been given great solid answers so i'm hoping someone can help me again.

I have a crane cascade vending machine, i have realised that 2 slots do not work. ( A4, B0 ). When I go to set the price of the machine the screen that shows the slot and price completely skips A4, B0. Is this a common problem? Is there a fix for this?

Any help will be greatly appreciated once again.
