Hurleys and tubz vending site finding service

Post by JustCraig »

I have read that Vending revolution / Snack-a Can generally site machines in staff rooms and even peoples front rooms but has anyone had any experience with Hurley's and tubz vending site finding service?

Are the quality of sites generally better?

Never tried hurleys but tubz vending is ok, for 20 quid its worth a punt they have got me some good ones and some bad ones . At the end of the day they dont know your area like you do so you cant expect them all to be great

That’s true - I don't really have any issues site finding myself - it's just an issue of time - If it takes me a full day to get one or two sites then it seems logical to just pay the £20/40 to tubz vending or £10/20 to Hurley’s

I do understand that not all the sites will be brilliant and I fully intend on canvassing my immediate local area personally though to be honest - I think I would have more chance getting the site if I see the site owner face to face .

My only concern is that after reading posts on here it seems that the site finding company WHO are the official “site owners” and not the operator? Is that correct?

With all telesales, you have to accept the good and the bad. The telephone operator cant see the site like you could on foot. I have had some great sites from Hurleys. I have also had some poor ones. At £10 a site, that is good value.

Well ive never had any problems with tubz vending, apart from a few late deliveries a couple of years ago they have been faultless BUT theres plenty of people on here who have had complaints!

I think its not unreasonable that tubz vending want you to put there products in sites they have found but others disagree..........

Hurley's offer a excellent service.

At £10 per time, this is great value.

As already mentioned you can get a mix of sites, but they have found me several really good ones, I'm talking 100+ sales per month. If you get a bad one, then get them to find another, £10 is an small bet, so to speak.

Obviously the best thing is to find your own sites, this can be time consuming and often annoying.
So I basically just mention my business to people and sometimes they recommend a site, this gives me a "foot in the door" and I have landed a few decent sites this way.
Another way is when vending a site, casually mention that you have a "spare" machine and ask the owner or manager of that site if they know anyone who might be interested. Again, I've picked up a few sites that way.

But for peace of mind and speed of siting, go to Hurley's.

Its a shame as we always have said there arent a few more vending revolution operators on here to give some positive points of view. We have some for all the other 3 suppliers and it seems we get a balanced view from all operators, good and bad points.

Maybe they get told not to? They are quite protective of their brand from what I can gather.

I have never read any reviews from actual operators on any business forum (not just this one) - The only person who ever responds on the UKBF is the owner and dispite researching, I have never found any reviews (good or bad) from Snack A Can operators.
