Just been to one of my sites to service four machines I have there (a factory canteen) and there's a security guard on the gate says no one can go in as the company has gone into administration. I phoned the administrators and they said I can't have my machines back unless I can prove I own them ! I don't have any proof of ownership or official agreement with the site as I just originally walked in and spoke with a manager who agreed that I could put the machines in.
Any advice on how to get them back would be greatly appreciated.
Pete

i would quickly design an installation form with the machine details and rough dates of isntallation on it. Photocopy and send it them with a description of machines and threaten legal action and state the fact that ex employees will be able to verify that you are the rightful owner. worked for me.

Hi Pete,
Sorry to hear of this. You should really have an agreement for each site, signed by the landlord, manager. You can do this now as you go around to save this occuring again. I have a sample agreement if you want one.
Cheers,
Paul

We had this situation and managed to get round it because we had name and telephone number on the machines. And the keys of course!
