Klix 900 - Carousel Grey Code not valid

Hi,

yesterday i get the following Error after cleaning the Klix 900 Machine.
"Carousel is not at right Position" or something like this.

But now after testing to find the "right" position i get a new Errow
"Carousel grey code not valid".

The German Support says a "circuit board will be damaged" and the spare parts are no longer available.
Is that right ? can someone help me ?

I Think in the manual is writen that you can change the gray code manually ?!

that has some error codes for klix, sounds like the homing sensor is out or been knocked. sorry can offer more help as don't have much to do with klix machines for this exact reason (too complicated when they go wrong!!)
