Hi,
I have a stiff tubz vending machine, where sometimes you have to give it a big yank to get it to send the sweets out. What could be the problem?

take segments off and check bridge of barrel not broken, if thats ok where it sits and revolves round put a drop of 3 in 1 oil on it, also if this is only happening when mech is on check retention springs on coin mech not to tense

Always grease the back of the barrel on all machines, You can do this from the product tube, or at the top, when stripped down. Not too much, but enough to have a thin layer of grease between the barrel and back plate.
