Hi,
Have been trialling several mechanism lubricants lately - the one I like best is:
Silicon Grease with PTFE
It is a handy size for our line of business, is in a spray format with a thin tube to get it in the mechanics and does not make a mess like other grease applications.
Does my mechanisms pretty good, a quick squirt after each top-up seems to be working well.
Cost is £5.49
From 'Maplins'
It is usually for electrical circuits, but since it does not make a mess and does the job - it is good enough for me!
Happy munching.

Hi Mate,
Always apply grease to the rear of the barrel. You can do this with a finger up the product tube.
Cheers,
Paul

I use vaseline if applying by hand (have large stocks). Lately using that silicon spray grease as mentioned above.
