Hi , i get a HC.ER + 13 oC error code, i know its a Health Control error, i open the door and it works for a while 30/45mins, then resets to Tempory out of order , with this code ( the spare loading shleves are nearly empty)

any help wouold be great

means it hasn't got down to temperature (less than 6') in 30 minutes

If after you've opened the main door and shut it, if you push the left and right turn button together it gives you the countdown time and temperature.

Clean vents on bottom of machine, around back and in bottom of door. Most likely blocked so cant expel hot air. failing that the compressor needs servicing but 9 times out of 10 its blocked vents

Your synopsis seems correct, but still I Have the out of order message , when i press the left right , I get HC.Err 15oC , I’ve cleaned the grill of the refrigerator , the filter to the fan at the bottom of the door facing the refrigerator , the mesh grill at the bottom of the door ( all needed a clean ) can you advise where the vent is at the back ? How strong should the fan on the bottom of the door be too ? Thanks so much for the help . Pabs

You need to open main door and close to clear hc error

still HCerr ++ 18 now .....even after resetting , it comes up after 30 mins,
the back of the vending machine has the 6 inches away from the wall , but its not really warm in the back ?? is there a fan or fan filter there to expell the hot air thats may be not working or blocked ??

( the front exhust fan seems ok ... i have cleaned all the filters and mesh cage on the door. you can feel the cool air blowing out of vents up and down on the door)

still confused , any help welcomed , really appreciated

Compressor fan or gas

Can you hear compressor start up after couple of minutes after starting up, is the fan to the compressor running at bottom

If.you get a piece if paper and put it over radiator it should stick to it if fan is running

thanks Matt , the paper stuck to the radiator when the compressor came on , so the fan must be working ok

Did you clean the intalk in bottom of machibe tgeres one in door amd one right at bottom of .machine

If yiu can hear the compressor starting amd stay running, not.clicking every 15 or seconds then it needs regassing.

where is the intake at the bottom of machine ?
I have cleaned the door vents and filter, and the compressor grill,

ps compressor stays on ,
