Clenport 108 & M49 Pringle sweet towers

Any other operators having problems with these towers recently ?
Iam getting issues with all of my M108 Sweet and M49 pringle towers getting jammed up with coins to the point that the mech will jam up completely. It would appear that the coins are not dropping all the way through in to the cash box correctly. I have tried filing the inside of the machines down but this does not appear to resolve the issue.
I cant understand how these towers have been working for the past year / two and now getting jammed up !!!

try cutting back of cash box away, sometimes coins hit that and build up. i think main problem is new pound coin is sided and doesnt roll as smooth as old round pound. i check a few of my machines for this and clear them and its usually enough till im back there again

Thanks Ade, This seems to have help a great deal. Iv also filed off the coin shoot inside of the machine as a few were getting jammed here as well fingers crossed these will do the trick.
