I run in Sunderland and surrounding areas, and to be really honest no-one up here will sell there rounds.

Few operators in the area, and they all have been going for some time, plus you will struggle to get sites, as the volume of possible sites isn't great.

You would be much better concentrating on Newcastle, which has a far far larger volume of sites available.
