Golden Root Pills.

Hi All. I've noticed a downturn in my sales of Golden Root pills for the years first quarter. I'm vending them in my washroom machines, I'm charging £4 per vend. My machines are mostly stainless steel dual column machines which also vend condoms. Are any of you experiencing the same problem with Golden Root, if so any ideas as to why?????? Regards Al.

I am selling mine at £3 and its a waste of time, only carrying on because the machine is sited, only have one machine which is dual and I also vend vibrating rings at £4 I have sold (retail) about £50 in 6 months!

It does depend a lot on the site, some do well others nothing. I do actually like washroom vending, its a lot less hassle than tower vending. you can leave the machines for months if you like, i always keep my machines full. Thanks for your reply. Regards Al.

Do you do condoms, I hear they are not worth it also but machines are cheap and nearly all my sites have nothing in the loo

Hi. Yes i do, but only because most of my machines are dual column. I find condoms to be a complete waste of time. I'm going to trial the ring in a couple of machines shortly.If you're going to your sites anyway i def would vend the pill, some sites do well. Regards Al.

the rings that i do now are selling much better,i am putting them down to 3 quid soon aswell to sell in quantity rather than just a few,the new rings are 80p each i think are are much better than the old flimsey ones.. the pills have slowed a tad but they ewill pick up again soon..watch were you are getting them from as there are loads out there that are being brought in from china and there are ppl that are to interested in saving a few pence the tight idiots that are buying them..golden root has a very good following but put wrong ones in your machines and you will soon have to take the machine out of the site as they will stop buying from you... site do differ alot so my advice is to either grin and bare it or resite the bugger.. i have given everyone who used to buy my pills over to the manufacturers now as they will do them for you at a pound a pill and you are 100% sure that they are the real thing..anyone interested just ask and i will pass you on to them..

as far as condoms are concerned what you need to do is to put a free condon in with every pill and use the other column for the rings..i have maybe 50 condom machines and although they are not fantastic i do ok out of them....again they way to do this is to sell DUREX not these cheap crap ones that no one has ever heard of.....why ppl dont listen is beyond me ..i would say that my condom machines sell on average 5 or 6 packets a month..suits me that as i bought the round to expand and get my pill machines into the pubs aswell..

stick to named products not these cheap crap ones.

Hi Dave. Thanks for the advice. Sure you're right about the condoms, I've been using Red products for years, Sales are awful. I'm def going to trial the ring. Just need to find a box that will fit my machines. Regards Al.
