Buy illusions crane help

Hi does anyone know how to adjust the volume on a presas buy illusions crane ?

I have one , It's either a variable pot on board ? But think its on programme
Menu . Enter service mode with toggle switch and then use joystick to scroll to volume adjust. A word of warning , of you mess the menu up on these they are a bugger.

I think I may have a manual that Ian @ instance sent. Might be worth ordering a bit of stock and asking for a manual at the same time !!

Thanks for the reply , I got a manual with it but there is nothing in there about adjusting the volume , I've toggled through all the settings and can't find it , I will have a closer look at the board but I'm not sure what I'm looking for ?
There must be a way to adjust it as it is set really loud way to loud to put in a pub.
