Just a quick heads up for anyone looking to invest in swp's dont bother with intouch games of stourbridge there after sales or technical help is non existant, and to top it all off I rang up yesterday to find out if they can actually sell me a new machine I was told by the receptionist that she doesnt know if they sell them or not?? she asked if I would like a call back but after leaving 3 messages previously and an email explaining the forum for potential operators with no reply I thought it wasnt worth asking.

Thought it could have been an earner for you guys.

they are probably working from one of the manned office setups, ive not seen anything of them for a few years now, the guy who owns the company has been around our game for years & keeps popping up with new stuff every few years, not sure if you will get any help mate.....
Wessex coin are also quite up on SWP you might wanna try them see if they know.
