CPI/MEI Readers

Post by Ryanlt »

Is anyone else having problems with their MEI readers?

Suddenly over the past few weeks I’ve had about 20% of my fleet go down to signal/RSSI problems.

Just wondering if this is something only I am experiencing or if there’s an issue across the network?

We should probably do something about it.

They’re trying to make out that 50% of my fleet is consistently going down because I need to buy new hardware! Many of the devices are about 18 months old.

Not had any sales data on my dashboard since Thursday.

Thinking of refusing payment to them. Dreadful service. Must be costing us a fortune in missed sales!
