Hi Everyone

Just wondering what people charge in terms office coffee machines..

For example, 30 staff wanting a Bean to Cup machine around 2-3k (cost price)

Do you charge per cup with a machine free on loan or charge them a monthly fee for everything?

Also, what do you charge per drink if you do.

I've got quite a few customers on different contracts and was wanting a simple and straight forward way to quote.

I would charge a monthly fee plus price per cup. Depending on the site as to how much to charge. A swanky office more than factory.

I would suggest £80 to £120 per month on a 5 yr contract with 40p per cup minimum
