"It's best to let people know so it can be sorted," is that forum policy? if it is it's not working as I have made everyone aware of several things and been treated like, well we all know!!!

whats that got to do with damaged deliveries. Jimmy if your gonna post then post, just stop harping on about how crap the forum is and how poor old you is getting a rough ride. FFS dont post and bugger off if you dont like it.

Jimmy I think you have lost all credibility with your constant bloody whining.

And so what if tubz vending rang up pretending to be nestle? who cares? If it gets an operator a good site then its good business.
Regards Matt

Just to let you all know Hurleys have come up with a very generous solution to stop me getting damaged stock and have been more than helpful to me. Full marks to them for sorting it out, I accepted at the start this was not their fault but they have come good with their customer service and have not put me off using them, credit where credits due.

Oh by the way I started this thread and its mine so stop taking over Jimmy you are getting annoying

Paul@HurleysFoods wrote:Hi there. As regards the damaged machine and stock I already agreed to credit the customer when he ordered next - a small scratch on a machine is difficult to quantify in pound notes and as the customer is so far away, it seemed sillly to bring the machine back. There is never an issue with replacing damaged stock as it hardly ever happens. The 3 damages to the one customer is perfectly true. We have a s**t and lazy UPS driver who we have now commplained about. Absolutely no point in putting an insurance claim in for a few pots as you speak to someone in Lithuania or Timbuktu and get absolutely no where.
Unfair criticism I feel of something that is so obviously beyond our control but fortunately happens very infrequently indeed.
Hi Paul. You reckon Davids photo of a sheep sitting on a box was a dig :?:  made me laugh. Regards Al.
Huh? No it was just the first 'to hand' image I could think of showing our standard shipping cartons, this is the image from eBay for Lady Bah Bah inflatable sheep...
Morn Dave. Just kidding mate. Just my sense of humour.
