Just to let you all know Hurleys have come up with a very generous solution to stop me getting damaged stock and have been more than helpful to me. Full marks to them for sorting it out, I accepted at the start this was not their fault but they have come good with their customer service and have not put me off using them, credit where credits due.

Oh by the way I started this thread and its mine so stop taking over Jimmy you are getting annoying

Hi there. As regards the damaged machine and stock I already agreed to credit the customer when he ordered next - a small scratch on a machine is difficult to quantify in pound notes and as the customer is so far away, it seemed sillly to bring the machine back. There is never an issue with replacing damaged stock as it hardly ever happens. The 3 damages to the one customer is perfectly true. We have a s**t and lazy UPS driver who we have now commplained about. Absolutely no point in putting an insurance claim in for a few pots as you speak to someone in Lithuania or Timbuktu and get absolutely no where.
Unfair criticism I feel of something that is so obviously beyond our control but fortunately happens very infrequently indeed.
