Hi Rick

I have only been trading since June and only have 8 sweet and 8 Pringle towers out at the moment, to date my towers are averaging 12 a week overall, some doubling that and obviously some doing a lot less however little point pulling machines out unless you have somewhere else to site them. My problem is juggling this with a full time job which regularly requires overtime and family life etc so have not spent the time selling as I should however if you buy your towers at the right price I believe there is a wage to be earnt, there are guys on here with hundreds of sites and do it full time, you will have to ask them if it pays but as a second income for little hassle yes.

i dont think 12 sales a week is bad thats ok if i can average 12 its worth doing now i have plenty of spare time as i start work at 6 and finish at 10 in a morning then i sell secondhand cars so i have time avaliable to do this would you say you need around 100+ towers to make a decent income.cheers rick

Hi Rick,

100 towers should give you around 4500 sales and an income of 2K a month, before any expenses are taken out. You can claim .45 p for every mile you do up tro 10k and .25p after that. To claim this you need to be in profit and you cant count all vehicle related expenses like fuel; road tax; insurance and tyres etc.

Thanks,

Paul

Hi Richard,

Are you saying the more machines you have in one area, the lower the averages.

Thanks,

Paul

what about suppliers for the products. who would you say has best products at a resonable price what are the best products to vend if you dont want to put it on the forum pm me lol. even if you had an average of 5 sales a week if you had 100 towers it aint bad but i think i should aim to build this up in 6 months.

thank you for your comments

if your tower does £20 per mth or above its averaging, i have to disagree with the 100 machine to pull a wage stat, i managed it with 60 machines for a year, not all towers some toy and pringle. i have a lot more now but i managed to live and pay bills off 60, admittedley i have a wife in a good job so couldnt have done it if i lived alone, depends on your circumstances really.
