Hi
I am looking to try my machines in the above and any other i have forgotten and was wondering if the managers have the freedom to choose vending operators or if it has to go through the head offices?
Can anybody shed any light?
I want to try the machines in large family orientated pubs and thought the above would be a good choice.
Cheers
Lee

Re: Beefeater,Toby carvery,Marstons....
had a machine in a Tobt carvery, did really well for a few months but area manager came in and got rid of it.
its fine with the local managers but the area managers seem to hate tower vending - probably cos they have **** all else to do so telling a manager to get rid of something is a way of showing they are important

Im not sure if they are a national brand or just regional but Taybarnes may be a good place to try.
We have 2 in the North East, and i kid you not each one has about 5-10 differant machines in, ranging from kids rides, to capsule machines, beavers, pringles machines. There is about a 10ft x 10ft section in each one dedicated to vending.

All these sites require head office permission although you may be able to get a machine in "under the radar" for a while.
tubz vending site finding is quite good at this but they generally only last as long as it takes someone from external management to spot them!
IMO It is well worth emailling there head offices as your products are rather unique and you never know, you may get offered a national contract and then you would be in a position to franshise it out too other operators, could be onto something here,
I dont have many off these outlets in Norfolk and Suffolk as it is still dominated by freehouses.
I would be able to handle the Dozen or so glow vend machine sites in my patch as it would be relatively low risk compared to some of the other products out there.

Thanks for that i have just sent Whitbread an email and will follow it up with a phone call in a few days. I think it will do well in these kinds of places judging by how well it did with Butlins when i tried it with them.
Have just asked them if i could try one machine in a Beefeater or Taybarns.
Not really sure the best way to ask for trials or how to word it so will just hope i explained it well enough.
Thanks
Lee
