Mini Bouly machine.
Hi All. Need to pick your brains. I recently bought a mini bouly machine, right from day one the Landlord of the pub has been telling me its been miss vending. I know that if you over fill a standard Bouly it may not vend, although i was told that does not apply to the minis. Does anyone know if thats the case????? Kind regards Al.

Re: Mini Bouly machine.
may well be worn out teeth on the turntable. if its anew machine then it may well be the starting position was wrong. take out coin mech and make sure one of the rotation holes is perfectly over opening.

Re: Mini Bouly machine.
Hi,
Shouldn't miss vend if over filled.
Check capsule size, if you're vending some old Bandai "65mm" capsules, then the actual size is 72mm at points and there is a restriction BELOW the vending wheels in these machines. It's 2 vertical metal flaps about 2 inches long. They're very weakly welded on, just remove these 2 flaps by hand and the machine vends up to about 74mm capsules. Without removing these flaps then the capsules can get jammed there causing a miss-vend. However on the next vend, then 2 come out.
Some of these reconditioned machines the plastic is very old and brittle, particularly the vending wheels which are very thin plastic. Sometimes they crack and the capsules get jammed horizontally between the 2 vending wheels, this might also be you problem of miss-vending.
Empty machine and check all parts are working fine.
No other suggestions apart from correct lining up, these machine are pretty reliable, usual only problem is the handle on the coin mech.

All sorted. The plastic mould in the center of the machine had a large crack in it. Mike at Midland Vending replaced it for me, All fine now. Regards Al.Centurion wrote:Hi All. Hi,
I see the problem was one of those I mentioned that happen on this machine.
BTW, we also have some spares for these machines.
