Secure vend system

Hi does anyone know if there is a secure/guaranteed type system that can be fitted to any machine? If not why not some clever sod needs to make one please Also does anyone know of a machine that can vend half size wine bottles safetly

You can sometimes retro fit them but only on compatible machines. Either a robotic arm drinks dispenser or a carousel type vending machine. What machine were you hoping to fit a sure vend system to? or are you on about something else?

I am having problems with my FAS Snack combo, tried to call westomatic technical and no response. Just plays up every so often by failing to vend between 1 and 4 products per week. i dont like letting my customers down but cannot start stripping out motherboards etc if im not sure what the fault is. With a guarantee vend system on it problem solved.

As to the wine vending machine do you know of the names of any of the robotic arm delivery machines so i can go and find out costing, i only buy refurb not new due to costs so im trying to find something like that at this time but im going round in circles

Westomatic helpline is the reason I never use westomatic machines, why they don't give support for second hand machines I don't know. Crane do and always have, I spent 20k with crane last year so that shows how westomatic must lose out.

You can't fit a retro to fas tbh the machines are pretty poor, and with the westomatics I used to use , when the sure vend failed they just free vended. Also sure vend kits cost about 300 +vat so it won't be worth it.

Best thing you can do is adjust spirals and use product pushers or buy a newer machine

Robot arm machines are Bevmax 3 onwards, newer vendos (reliability on the early ones was an issue)
