yeah i use 99.1mm by 67mm stickers and put them on base so segments not affected, pm your email and i`ll send you contact details and everything you will need :thumbup: best thing i ever did.

Hi Pete,

I have had the op and am home. Difficult at the moment- lots of pain, but I look forward to getting well now. Physio says that it could be 2 years before I am fully over everything, but I hope to be working alon in 4-6 months.

Hi Paul,

Glad the ops are now over and you are on the long road to recovery. Don't forget look up on the internet 'Far Infra Red' ray treatment. It will help with your recovery.
