I spoke with Food standards agency who advised me regarding contact number on label

Agreed, all manufacturers will do this in due course. Meanwhile run your old stock through as normal.

This is a question based on a previous 'old' post!
Never really got the answer to this so, if you have items in machines loose as per some Tomy machines, how does legislation deal with that?
Is it allowed?
Do you need full information in relation to allergens?
Sorry for bumping this old thread, but what is need foe machines that have no packaging?

i am passed by food standards agency, answer is you need to have information to hand, ie customer queries product information on one of your machines, you then provide it as you have it in a file, this is for bulk, pots sealed by a supplier you need not worry about as its their responsibility to make sure pots labelled correctly.
