Did you not get my pm today Johnny?

Not as much value in the pot i don't believe from tubz vending.

"With mouth watering flavours such as orange, apple, cola, cherry & strawberry. Each tubz vending is packed with 2 x Maoam Stripes, 1 x Maoam Sour Minis & 1 x Maoam Sweet Minis all packed full of flavour. "

As you can get 3 packs in a pot. Looks good with 3 in, and looks value for money.

Don't forget tubz vending were the first to offer sweets in plastic pots as an addition to or alternative to Salysol/Sandral.

Yes Pete, this is true!
Unforetunately for them, it is not something they could get a patent on and they do not manufacture the pots themselves.
It was omly a matter of time until competion sprung up and started undercutting them.
Unless tubz vending are able to tie in enough franchisees like Snack A Can do, i think there business model will fail.
I dont think they can make good margins selling to the independants like us due to the fierce compitition between suppliers?

i cannot and will not give tubz vending credit for potting sweets in a plastic tub when the rest of their buisness is built on greed and downright arrogance.

Ade

Whilst i do not condone some of tubz vending sharp business practices, I have to say I have benefitted from tubz vending being in this business massively.
Probably more undirectly tbh as I have lost count of the amount of the tubz vending franchisees i have bought out cheaply as all of them who started quickly found they did not like dealing with tubz vending for one reason or another.
Most of the time it was because they had been led to believe they would make alot more money and thus be able to get out of the rat race and do the towers full time.
hmmm , we all know how the honeymoon period ebbs away after a while!
Another major factor was the endless sales calls, you would be amazed at how this get some peoples back up.
I bought out one guy who was absolutely fed up with his mobile constantly going, they even resorted to trying to reach him through blocked numbers.
there is definately some PARANOID at work at tubz vending that if they dont chase you for sales you might go elsewhere?
IMO tubz vending are just shooting themselves in the foot as this practice alienates far more ppl than it keeps on board.
Cheers
Nige
