charity bit of info needed

had a phone call today about charity is it better to give to a charity like cancer reserce,or hth just that i was thinking about a hospital that my grandad was in and my gran worked their doing volunteer work they was fantastic could i not get stickers made and put on machines for them got a mint site finder and i was thinking about going in local places around the hospital to get toy and sweet machines in and give a % to them every month is this a crappy idear :out:

We do a local hospice and it works really well for us

cheers guys iam self enployed with my vending busines do i have to register it of do i just give the hospital their cut every month and i put rest though my books

with a charity you cant claim tax relief, however if you are paying the hospital comission i wouldnt class it in same field, but to be 100% run it by an accountant.

right well its a community hospitel so iam goner go see them and see if their intrested in the idear first just wanted a number or bit of paper to show ppl that i do give the comision to charity iam goner go with it and go see them

put it to them, if they agree ask them to do you a thankyou letter, thats what i get from clic sargent, or write them an invoice out for each donation, give them a copy and keep duplicate, you always got proof then. good luck.
