Ade,
Speak to Perform first, try to get an agreement with them. I got thrown out of a pub who have a national agreement with another vendor, I'm back in there now with two machines. If by shaming them, it brings you more business, fine, but it could have the reverse effect. You don't want anybody targetting you by way of revenge. If you have nothing to gain don't bother. go and find some new sites.

A little while back someone went to the papers to shame quickfit about a machine vandalised on site. to avoid any future bad press quickfit threw out all towers. I lost 5 sites & 9 machines.

I have to admit perform and funhouse are a real pain in the backside.
I lost one site from each of them last week.
Between them they have cost me over £12000 in revenue in last year alone.
And I know there are more to come its just a matter of time.

Worry not chaps....

1. We can provide better service then them.
2. This is not a big enough business to make it worthwhile for the big boys.

Let them try and then we will get a load of cheap 2nd hand machines and ready made sites when they fail.

Well Sinclair Collis gave up on it, so hopefull the above 2 will. The other thing is Towers are very high maintainence and I think it reflects badly on them for there other machines if the Towers are left empty for weeks.

Anybody checked them out on credit safe etc to see how they are doing?

funhouse kicked me out of a site last month, i kicked them out of a site a few days later. perform kicked me out of two sites this week (costing me over a hundred quid a month), i kicked them out of a site yesterday. which reminds me, anyone know anything about prize every time grabbers? I said I could do them...and perform had an agreement for one in that site until yesterday... :problem:
i co-exist quite happily in sites with perform, funhouse, other operators but I'm definitely an eye for an eye type of guy so if they boot you out of one site just find a site that isnt happy with their service and get them out.

Or failing that stick half a dozen charity machines full of your best products side by side with theirs for a couple of weeks...you can be really aggressive with their sites because at the end of the day theyre not going to put your machines in the back of the van like a smaller operator might, worst case scenario it ends up in a staff room while it waits for you to pick it up.
