Best Before on stock

I purchased some stock from Hurleys in mid April and have just realised that the fruit pastilles they sent me have a best before date of 07/2013. I haven't bought pastilles before but this seems a bit soon given I had only purchased less than 3 months ago or is this standard for this particular product?? They haven't sold amazingly and so I will probably be left with quite a lot of stock past its bb4 date

i think you got some bad luck. pastilles have got notoriously short sell by dates, usually you can get 9months but I know alot of people only get 6 months on them.

Had fruit pastilles for about 6 months, awful sellers need to avoid in future especially at the price per box.

Always open each box on delivery and check use by dates on product.

I noticed the other day that the one's I bought last month have bbJuly on them, should be able to get rid of them in the next couple of weeks though. Might have to check before I put my order in next time.
I just put it down to people in south Wales probably not being able to read

No need to complain to Hurley's then. Will just have to replace that line with something else as they're not selling well enough in any site to compensate for short bb4 date.

I see Mars and Twix minis are unique to Hurley's. I know they're quite expensive but I imagine will be a good seller. Anyone have these in any sites?

Yeah, I tried fun sized mars and snickers when they had a big offer on at tesco. Just given the last of the mars away to friends kids! The twix are slightly better sellers, but there are so many other chocolate products available from Hurley's.
I find Toblerone, Rolo's, mini egg's, and minstrells/maestro are the best.
