january

Always a bad month how are people finding it? Lost a few sites but only bad ones anyway so forces some resites which is a positve I suppose. I hope the pub industry has now reached its lowest point in terms of closures. Optimistic for 2014

Only lost what I have chosen to take out cos of poor sales. On the plus side added a few social clubs and a bike (cycle shop) that always seems to be full of kids and did 15 quid in its 1st week.
Just been to vending show. There seems to be some good deals around. Made some decent contacts. This time next year Rodney, this time next year!

Didnt see 3 d cinema. Was on a time restriction, had to get back to pick the kids up so really just focussed on stands selling toy machines, sweets etc.
Tried Salysol version of Pringles, pretty ****! lol
LAIV had some good toys.
Just need more sites!!!

I found December the worst month of the year,is was dreadful!! January hasn't been as bad as I predicted! Just a case of using these quiet months to try and get more machines out. I think there is a lot of potential in the toy machine of things

December was crap for me too. January is looking like it will be about 10-15% higher than December but thats Christmas. February will be rubbish!

I have lost several sites over the last couple of months due to closures and because one licensee is a complete ****, good site but he doesnt like the tower.

My turnover has remained steady but more down to large vending machines

January has been slow for me as well, Also went to the show, bought the Salysol stand and the big toy machine from Laiv. Thought Ian at Instance had a great stand selling a broad range of vending items. Christian at ATN had a smaller stand packed with stock and machines, great show.

January ended up OK for me. However I have been out today and visited several of my best sites which are rugby clubs and football clubs. They have all been washed out all month so came home with about 10% of what I normally would from them.

If this rain doesnt stop soon Im gonna have to start selling my body!

I've noticed quite a drop in sales in most of my sites, I kind of knew it would happen so I just decided to skip some of the smaller sites, and just refill the busy ones. Only lost one site up to now, and was a bit gutted as when I eejt to pick the machine up it only had 7 tubs left in it!
Just got a few cheap machines on ebay, so gonna try and get some more out while its quiet.
