A decent Pringle machine will need refilling every week. Bear in mind though that they only hold 42 and cost of Pringles is prohibitive. I have about 30 out, they all empty at least once a month and some weekly. The trick is to get them into businesses, they will still sell out but you dont need to pay commission making it fairly profitable.

Also if you do find a site such as a holiday park, trust them with a top key and leave stock. Count up the Pringles in the machine and any stock you leave. On your next visit, you can check if they are playing ball by counting the coins and the remaining stock. Any deficit in the total you expected just subtract from commission if marginal, but if a staff member has got a serious Pringles addiction and they're thieving them bring it up with management

If you buy them on offer you should clear 30p with all your operating costs taken off (fuel, machine repairs, commission, etc)

The big wholesales Makro, Bookers, 3663 & couple of others have offers on 12 packs of 40g pots (small ones) every so often. The you can then buy them at reduced price so you put them in the machine for 40p cost per unit. The bigger operators buy pallet loads at a time as the sell buy dates are good, however if you only have a few machines just buy 60 trays of 12 to get you going.

thanks for your help

I don't think 30p profit per tub at a max of 42 a month is worth doing to be honest, even with 20 machines it's only £60 p/week, not worth the hassle to be fair

I agree that as a business on its own, not worth the hassle but if you already have sweets, toys or washroom machines on site its a no brainer as just extra profit for no extra travelling.
Its a no brainer!

I make a point of always asking sweet tower sites if they want one, as you have s machine in to start with your kinda half wa3.19 there already! Also If you make some stickers and can be bothered putting them on, you can get price marked tubs. Booker offer price for pmp is £3. 19, so even after 20p commission it leaves Over 50p gross profit per tub!
Ive got quite a few of them now and they quickly bump up the takings from each site :)
