Absolutely understand, under application ourselves with the IMB...Menhancer wrote:Hi there
Both. We've got registration from the IMB showing it's a food supplement, and also went down the food supplement side of things for the UK, and have all the paperwork to show for this. The product is on sale in Sainsbury's, Durex vending, Superdrug pharmacy and lots of independents, listings we would not have been able to get without the correct paperwork. We can chat about other EU locations offline.
With regards to the product 'not working' it's a supplement, not a Herbal Viagra product. It's very important to know the difference as to what will or will not have an effect. If customers want something for a problem they have, they should be going to the GP. Our product is not meant to have an instant effect on that area, it's meant to supplement your sex life by giving you a good energy boost - http://menhancer.com/about-menhancer.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; - so that when you do get down to it, much like an athlete preparing for a race, you're in a better position to perform well.
There are plenty of other products out there which are very much 'borderline' and we're not out for that market.
I hope this helps?
Hope we could chat offline and follow up on my email earlier this week as 'Durex' in their vending channel did state they were the manufacturer (a fib?) when I last spoke with them and that some exclusivity would prevail. Trouble is we have quite a few machines and unfortunately many are up on the wall next to Durex, a historical hangover from when they didn't do blue pill and sex toys then started to although to my understanding their could be deeper issues to discuss in that regard.
There could be some scope for sale in Spain and Netherlands via vending where we have existing partners. Speak soon...
