Whilst I think it's already been answered above, it's a sexual performance supplement, designed to supplement an existing sex life. When taken correctly, it may help improve your sexual performance. Pretty much as it says on the box really. It is not, and will not be marketed as a medicinal product, and is not meant to treat or cure anything. In short, it's ok to sell it in the UK and Ireland, as long as it's marketed correctly.

Thank you, did you obtain Borderline classification or did you go down the road of following food supplement and packaging legislation 'to the letter' as is implied by the marketing statement? Do you have or are you under application for a registration in Eire as well as other EU locations?

Hi there

Both. We've got registration from the IMB showing it's a food supplement, and also went down the food supplement side of things for the UK, and have all the paperwork to show for this. The product is on sale in Sainsbury's, Durex vending, Superdrug pharmacy and lots of independents, listings we would not have been able to get without the correct paperwork. We can chat about other EU locations offline.

With regards to the product 'not working' it's a supplement, not a Herbal Viagra product. It's very important to know the difference as to what will or will not have an effect. If customers want something for a problem they have, they should be going to the GP. There are plenty of other products out there which are very much 'borderline' and we're not out for that market.

Everyone has different metabolisims David and taking the product orally is best but I hasten to add that ingestion of the genuine product as labeled on the pack which should be in the pack will always offer better results for your customers. To try anything else would be just stupid...
