Polyvend 452 with Cashflow 690

Hi,

I have recently aquired the above machine and am new to vending so was wondering if anyone could help?

The machine service records state that it has been updated for using the new pound coin, but when I put a pound coin in it just comes straight out the change giver. I've set one of the items to £1 and have put 30p change in. But still goes straight through.

The machine did have a sign saying use exact change only...

Is there a fix to this?

Problem has been sorted, you have to have a minimal level of change in the machine in order for it to work, at least a quarter way full by the looks of it in the float.
