Re: Pringles
I think it does when the offers are on and you can understand the cash and carrys not pushing them at Christmas when they have so many seasonal items to sell. Makro have had many back to back offers over the last few months and I am hoping that come the New Year they will be back on offer?
If not I am up **** creek as down to my last tray of Prawn and about 5 trays of everything else other than Sour which for some reason I still have about 15?

Re: Pringles
One site alone has sold 76 in last 7 days, the landlord said that he had not stocked up on crisps as my service is better which under normal circumstances I would be happy with. I dare not tell him that I am nearly out

Re: Pringles
I think it has been brought up before but would it be worth us clubbing together and buying a couple of pallets from the manufactuers? Not sure if thats doable?

Re: Pringles
might be a good idea Steve but I think you have to buy a colossal amount and I can't see it working as it would be pretty complicated and time consuming.
The way around this is to decide how we can cover up the price marked stock you can buy all the time from wholesalers at good prices, maybe some kind of sticker which goes around the whole pot, it could advertise something else and perhaps the company it is advertising could pay for the stickers to be made in return for free advertising?

Re: Pringles
Cost of the sticker wouldn't be significant. The cost of labour would be a problem.

Re: Pringles
I enquired few years ago. Even if you bought direct from the wholesalers you'd struggle to beat £3.79.
