Best way to get stickers off machines
What's the best way to get stickers off chrome vending towers? I have some really old stickers advertising someone's company/ Salysol and tubz vending stickers which I need to remove but they are almost embedded into the machine, I can't get them off no matter how hard I scrub
I think I need to soak them in White spirit maybe? What do you lot use?
Regards
Ross

White Sprit & a plastic spoon or old credit card does the trick.

Electrolube LRM
this is better than any other pretend label remover
WD40 works on certain glues also

i use strip wax from master cleaning suppiles to get rid of the glue residue. heating the item up helps to peal the lable of hairdryer heat gun etc. i put my plastic segments on the radiator on the winter

Surgical spirit cheap and effective for most sticky residue. Keep cloth really wet though.

Re: Best way to get stickers off machines
I agree with Paul on this..
We use sticky stuff remover and it works a treat and does not leave smeared sticky marks on the segments... ALso putting the plastic segment in boiling water for 10 minutes also is not a bad way but sticky stuff remover for me is the best...
