Need a cigarette machine expert plz

Looking at converting cig machines with new product which looks gr8. My questions are:

Is there max weight per vend they can take in the boxes?
Is cigarette box the max dimension, and what are the dimensions?

It all depends on the type of machine you're going to use. The mechanical ones are more forgiving than the electronic ones.

i have a benson and hedges one, where you load the cigarettes theres a micro switch that lifts up when last packet vends, prob i had was the weight of last pack of fags was too light so it never vended as micro switch lifted up. answer= tub of sweets on top of packets to weigh them down lol
