Stationary
I have just had some invoice books and stickers printed by a company called KGN Printers of Luton. Found them on eBay
Real quick turnaround and all amendments were free. The stickers (for machines) are really good quality and a lot cheaper than other quotes I had

Re: Stationary
The Invoices are 2 part NCR A5 and I bought 10 books of 50 for £84.90 inc delivery (works out at 17p per colour invoice) and the stickers are 3" x 5" I bought 250 for £80.00 - 32p each no extra delivery
Credit should go to Brian of Choice Vending as I copied (sort of) his cash up statements

Re: Stationary
They look really good - Don't suppose you could email me a copy the doc that you used so I can use as a template to create my own (i.e change the logo - the rest of it looks spot on lol)

No mate there is no doc but if you use the same stationers they will have it, or I can email you one of the pictures for you to email to whoever, obviously every time you write out an invoice I get 5% royalty

Re: Stationary
Steve do you physically write out each line (ie skittles, minstrels etc) and then total it all up? If so how long realistically does it take?

Re: Stationary
Very nice and pretty but at 17p each (£120 per year) expensive, time consuming and too much information. I only give receipts if asked and that is in about 10% of sites. I never state the comission rate and would never give out my home address. I would ask the question why would you want to give out this information? I have many sites where the commission rate is 25% or more. As soon as there is a change of manager or ownership the rate drops back down again to 20% and I tell the manager that is the rate. The last thing I want to do is draw attention to the commission rate, it becomes an unneccessary discussion point especially with newsagents & convienience stores. I had one phone me up for a machine, got to site and asked for 50% commission because the the other shop had told him that's what he gets. I always reply yes 50% of profit they say ok, i'll reply that it's easier to calculate as 25% of turnover to get the same comission figure, I try not to pay more than £50 per visit. Sometimes too much information can work against you.
