Vending Virgin

Post by rockhopper »

I have recently been made redundant. I am considering a vending franchise(tubz vending), but keep reading mixed reviews. I only have a limited budget and am based in Ayrshire, Scotland, any advice/help would be much appreciated as I know next to nothing about vending. Thanks

Buy your own machines and stock DO NOT ENTER A FRANCHISE!

If you buy your stock from Hurleys they will site find at £10 a site or get out yourself and find some local sites, expect some rejections but you will get some. Start with 1/2 doz machines, order 12 boxes and off you go! Good luck

Hi Rockhopper

My name is Steve. I operate my business Ferry Vending from Edinburgh . If you choose to buy your machines yourself rather than a franchise then I have a dozen used machines for sale at cheap prices . £75 with stand £60 without stand . You are more than welcome to come and have a look and see what you think . Much cheaper way of starting out than a franchise . Please PM me if you like . I dont do many of these tower sweet machines now as I operate more amusement machines , cranes , toy vendors and beavers etc . But the towers I still have still do ok . Plenty of the guys on this forum have their views on the franchise route . Personally I would not consider it ever . You can build your machine estate yourself . You also have the option of site finders ie Hurleys £10 I think as previously mentioned .There seems to be quite a few guys on the forum who have achieved it themselves and are very knowledgeable and willing to help . All the best and good luck .

Regards

Steve

That's an excellent price from Ferry Vending. I would snap his hands off and get started, no excuses! You will soon have the bug once you site a couple of machines. Go for it!
